As a co-branded bus service, YTB Sure addresses all customer concerns, including cleanliness, hygiene, punctuality, and safety. With YTB Sure, passengers can enjoy an exceptional on-boarding experience, complete with an attendant, a refreshment hamper, high-speed WiFi, hygienic washrooms, charging pods, local entertainment systems, and a safe resting place to ensure a comfortable journey.

Redesign summary

To improve the usability of the website and create a brand image with increased credibility, the website was redesigned with a fresh and minimal look, along with a revised Userflow. The redesign also resulted in a significant increase in the conversion rate. Here are the key changes made:

Improve the workflow to give a better website experience to the user.
Rearranging elements of the Header and Footer based on the generic inherited behaviours of the user.
Easy accessibility for essential features like Get Ticket, Cancel and Refund.
Improved the Login/Sign up experience.
Improved Form design for better experience.
